Thermal Pallet Covers offer passive protection against the sharp temperature fluctuations that occur, for example, in the transition between night and day, with the radiation that containers emit when exposed to sunlight, or when in the direct heat whilst the goods are stationary in the yard during loading operations. However, if goods need to travel constantly at a fixed temperature, Thermal Pallet Covers are used as secondary protection to ensure the integrity of the cold chain for perishable products.
